Dr. Jay Davis

Dr. Jay Davis is the director of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Washington, D.C.  DTRA safeguards America and its friends from weapons of mass destruction by reducing the present threats and preparing for the future threats.  He is a nuclear physicist, has worked as a research scientist and an engineering manager, leading the design and construction of several unique accelerator facilities used for basic and applied research.
