Dr. James L. Fuller

James L. Fuller was the founding director of the Pacific Northwest Center for Global Security at PNNL.  He is currently retired.

Dr. Fuller has a Ph.D. in Plasma Physics, and is a graduate of Purdue University.   He has made important contributions to global nonproliferation efforts.
